- Medical condition or medication that can thin blood, suppress immunity or interfere with optimal healing
- Heart or blood disorder
- Transmittable disease
- Invasive skin treatment near or on the site to be tattooed within four weeks prior to the procedural date
- Allergies to antibiotics, lidocaine and cosmetic colorants
- Active skin issue such as mole or acne on the site to be tattooed
- Photo submission required for clients with previous work
